Adriana leads the financial and accounting department at NMS – Naranjo Martínez, Subía & Hajj, focusing on labor, accounting, and productivity matters. She is also the General Director of Servicios Profesionales Integrados SIPEG.

In the tax field, Adriana is responsible for national, municipal, and aeronautical tax declarations. She oversees the timely compliance with tax obligations and manages external audits and controls with government agencies for both local and foreign companies. She provides continuous guidance to national and foreign companies in these specific areas.

In the labor field, Adriana manages employee payroll and benefits. She provides advice on labor obligations for companies, employees, and government entities. Regarding accounting, she ensures the correct recording of transactions and presents financial statements to public and private entities. Additionally, in the productivity area, she advises on the creation and improvement of processes that optimize administrative and accounting areas.

Her recent experience focuses on accounting in the aeronautical industry, as well as in the field of commercial and industrial companies. She also has a solid background in corporate tax compliance, human resources management, and labor compliance. Furthermore, she has worked on accounting integration and alignment processes, as well as accounting processes related to the opening of new businesses. Her experience is complemented by her ability in budget analysis.
