Pedro focuses his practice on banking and finance law, economic criminal law, dispute resolution, administrative law, and intellectual property. He is a graduate of Universidad de las Américas (UDLA) and holds a Superior Specialization in Financial, Stock, and Insurance Law from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar (UASB).
With experience in intellectual property matters, both administratively and in litigation, Pedro has also been part of legal teams in financial institutions. He possesses knowledge in civil, commercial, labor, administrative litigation, banking legislation, and general contracting. Pedro has been involved in significant processes such as mergers of financial institutions and the sale of shares in large ongoing businesses.
Before joining Naranjo Martínez & Subía, Pedro was a Senior Associate at one of Ecuador’s largest law firms, where he worked in the areas of litigation, banking, financing, intellectual property, and technology. He has been recognized by the international publication Legal 500 as an expert lawyer in banking law.
