Juan Andrés is the founding partner of Naranjo Martínez & Subía, with over 30 years of experience in the legal profession. He specializes in aviation law, commercial law, labor law, and intellectual property, and is an expert in matters related to the special regime of Galápagos. He has served as the president and administrator of the firm, positioning it as a leader in aviation matters in the country.
Due to his international experience, Juan Andrés has been appointed by the Ecuadorian State to represent it before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights in Washington for two consecutive periods. He also acted as Personal Advisor to the Attorney General of the State from 1998 to 2002. He has participated in the negotiation of bilateral agreements in aviation matters in which Ecuador has been involved.
