Martin focuses his practice on company and corporate law, immigration, real estate and intellectual property.
He has served as an in-house attorney for Corporación Quiport S.A. and participated in the process of transitioning to Quito’s new international airport. He has practiced internationally as an in-house attorney for the Ayesa group in Mexico City, the primary international office for that multinational firm. Prior to joining Naranjo Martínez & Subía Abogados, Martín also worked as a senior associate in company, corporate and real estate matters at one of Ecuador’s largest law firms. He has participated in major corporate restructuring processes, mergers and acquisitions. He advises both national and international clients.
