Francisco focuses his practice on banking and financial matters, corporate law, good corporate governance, real estate, payment assistants, and the financial system in general.
He is a lawyer from Universidad de las Americas. He has a Master in Business Administration from IDE Business School.
Among his functions, he has advised on the correct performance of complex corporate governance bodies, implemented anti-corruption and bribery control standards with their respective risk management systems, provided legal support for the review and signing of agreements with multilateral organizations, among others.
Before joining Naranjo Martínez & Subía Abogados, he provided his services to one of the leading entities of the Ecuadorian financial system, not only in banking but also in the corporate field.
